Currently, our products are available exclusively in Australia, but we're looking forward to offering international shipping sometime in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
For residential customers we accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be approved in advance and the item must be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging.
Return shipping is at the customer’s cost and a 15% restocking fee applies to cover handling and our original freight.
For commercial and trade orders, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Once your payment has been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. We kindly ask that you review your details carefully before completing your purchase. If you change your mind or the payment was made in error, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at contact@dolcecapri.com.au
Orders cancelled after dispatch will be treated as a change-of-mind return and will incur freight and restocking fees.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will arrange replacement parts, a replacement unit or a refund if a replacement is not available.

Your lounger is covered by a 12-month warranty for any manufacturing faults or defects. We will repair or replace the item, or provide a refund if a repair or replacement is not reasonable.
Damage caused by misuse, high winds or negligent handling is not included. Care for your piece as recommended to maintain your warranty.
